Sadie Mae Grace Albert f/n/a Posy

On May 8th, 2022, we celebrated Mother’s Day, but more importantly we celebrated Sadie’s “Gotcha Day”.

We saw Sadie, formerly known as Posy, in a social media post and submitted our application to adopt her and heard back from A Tail To Tell in less than two hours! The entire process from application to Sadie’s arrival at our home took less than a week, and since then it’s been non-stop love, cuddles, and attention!

Sadie quickly acclimated to her “little” big brother, Just Jack, and the two of them spend their days playing, wrestling over toys, and running around in the backyard. Sadie loves to go on walks and has certainly proven to be the “outdoors type”. Any chance she can get to be in the yard, on a walk or go for a ride in the car, she’s right there to seize the opportunity.

We’re so happy to have found Sadie and given her the fur-ever home she so well deserves!

Our family would like to acknowledge and give a special shout out and thank you to 3 very special women. Diane Fox, who reviewed our application and selected us as the adopted family for Sadie. Jean McCathern, Sadie's foster mom during her time with ATTT. Jean's attention to detail pertaining to Sadie's personality, her likes and dislikes and little quirks like chewing plastic things (which we finally have gotten under control) were SPOT ON so we knew what to expect. And finally Dena Neff for the continued follow-ups on how Sadie's adjustment/transition had been going during her first three months with us. Ladies it has been a pleasure working with all of you and making our adoption process for Sadie so seamless.

We also want to recognize All the other Folks who are instrumental with A Tail to Tell Rescue. Thank you to the Volunteers/Fosters who give their time, love and attention to the wonderful fur-babies you have rescued and given a second chance in finding their forever homes/families!

We are forever grateful!

The Alberts
